START / HERE

Luke’s experience is only useful if it helps you move.

Choose the reason you came. The story continues below; the fastest path to action starts here.

WHY / 001

Most people learn a field from one side. Luke has worked beneath the hood, behind the wheel, inside the laboratory, across the boardroom, and at the founder’s desk.

The through-line is not a title. It is a way of working—from ASE certification to professional geology to a PhD.

Understand the system. Find the failure point. Build the better version.

The chronology of a builder

Twenty-nine years.
One continuous line.

Scroll the timeline. Every chapter adds a new kind of evidence—and every chapter points toward what Luke is building now.

1997The decision

Choose the work. Learn the machine.

After high school, Luke chose a hands-on education and entered Universal Technical Institute in Rancho Cucamonga. The foundation was mechanical: understand the system, measure it honestly, and make it perform.

1999Technician → performance builder

A stock small-block. A school record.

Luke completed the automotive technician program and Hot Rod U training in engine blueprinting and performance. His team then broke UTI’s eight-year horsepower record using a stock Chevrolet 350 cubic-inch V8.

1999—03Founder chapter 01

Never Enough Racing put theory on the starting line.

Luke co-founded his first performance shop, building vehicles for off-road, circle-track, drag, and sand-drag racing. The shop became crew chief and builder to a national-record-holding unlimited-class sand dragster.

  • First company founded
  • Multi-discipline race fabrication
  • National sand-drag record

From the race shop to UCSB—without leaving the pits.

Luke returned to college at UC Santa Barbara while serving as a chase-truck driver and pit-crew mechanic for COPS Racing, a Class 1 SCORE off-road team. The calendar ran through Baja, the Tecate 250, and the Mint 400.

  • Baja 1000, multiple years
  • Class 1 SCORE team
  • Second-place class finish

2007Earth systems

The mechanic became a geoscientist.

Luke earned a degree in Earth Sciences from UC Santa Barbara with a minor in geohydrology—an interdisciplinary path he reports as the first of its kind in the university’s history. That same year, he entered full-time consulting.

Make the invisible visible.

At Colorado School of Mines, Luke investigated how electrical resistivity tomography could reveal preferential vapor-transport pathways in heterogeneous soils—combining geophysical imaging with physical sensor data before carrying the work into a university laboratory.

A decade inside consequential, complicated work.

Luke returned to consulting across major technology, energy, mining, and industrial environments. His client work included Fortune 500 organizations such as Apple, Tesla, Chevron, and ConocoPhillips—experience that sharpened how he navigates risk, evidence, and execution.
